A PocketRep is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system designed to support pharmaceutical field forces. One can think of it as a state-of-the-art tool to manage one's territory more efficiently and productively than ever before.

With PocketRep, you have instant access to information on the customers in territory: last call/visit, what amount of samples they received, details of previous calls, and customer's data. PocketRep database may include customer profiles for physicians, institutions (hospitals), and group practices. With this data, will be able to target specific customers to increase sales, record calls and appointments, manage sample transactions, and plan meetings.

Currently we have several different types of reports based on each client’s requirements. Our goal is to support the customer with the needed tools, during the implementation (based on customer requirement discussions) we develop the required analysis, and as business flows we are also open to support ad-hoc report developments as well.
